I've been a Test Manager\Test Lead for over 15+ years, lately as a Senior Test Manager doing more of an overall Programme Test Manager role, involving all different areas of testing. i.e. SIT, UAT, BVT and also Non-Functional testing. I would like to use my leadership, mentoring of staff and experience working with Senior Management, Stakeholders and all areas of the SDLC, to gain an understanding of what the business requires at that point in time. Then I bring the correct resources that a company has (or make recommendations to outsource) and utilise their skillsets for a particular task as part of the overall project.
