Career Story
With over 20 years of experience across digital product management, fintech, retail and commercial banking and service design, I’ve built a career around solving complex business problems and driving product innovation. My journey began in relationship management and business development, where I honed my ability to build strong partnerships and drive growth. In recent years, I transitioned into digital product management, leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products in highly regulated environments. As Head of Digital Services Products at ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions, I spearheaded initiatives that streamlined processes and delivered customer-centric solutions. I’m now focused on fractional leadership roles and leveraging my expertise in strategy execution, process optimization, and product lifecycle management to help businesses drive growth and innovation.
