I spent 10.5 years at lululemon and have been consulting since December 2022. My niche has quickly established itself as supporting predominately retail brands when they hit a cross-roads with their portfolio - an existing person may have left, an office relocation/store rollout/other has been identified as a requirement, or they may just realise they don't know what they don't know. I assess property portfolios for risks, opportunities and everything in between and then work with brands to align on a strategy, approach and operational tactics to execute. I am looking for wider network of brands/companies that i can offer this support to.
