Career Story
I started out as a strong A type and quickly realised it was a fast way to burnout, so I pivoted into a systems view with a developmental coaching approach. It paved the way for durable stakeholder relationships, incredible collaborations, and some incredible results in very challenging circumstances. The red thread connecting it all is my desire to move the needle dramatically and sustainably using a performance partnership approach. It's been the backbone of my career and allows me to stay in the zone - doing work I love.

My career goal is...
I want to change the face of performance in corporates and startups - so work fuels energy rather than drains it, and psychological safety and trust become the foundation of high-stakes, high-performance leadership. My mission is to equip leaders with the tools to transform dysfunction into momentum, silos into synergy, and talent into its full, unleashed potential.
I envision a world where performance isn't extracted—it's generative and intentional. Where it unlocks the collective intelligence that powers true innovation and growth, and in doing so, unleashes the full range of human capability. I’ve built the frameworks, worked across industries, and seen what’s possible when trust is made practical and performance measurable. Now, I’m looking to scale this impact by partnering with leaders who are ready to fundamentally shift the way we approach success, collaboration, and leadership.
