Career Journey
Career Story
My gift lies in weaving order from complexity, or sometimes chaos—demonstrated as I've built and led cross-continental teams at Otis, revitalized joint ventures in China, and breathed life into over ten funded ventures across three continents. I excel at holding seemingly contradictory forces in balance: the playful creativity needed for innovation alongside the disciplined execution required for profitability; the high-stakes risk-taking of entrepreneurship with the careful stewardship of resources; and the strategic vision of leadership with the pragmatic realities of operations. This capacity to navigate tensions has consistently transformed struggling organizations into thriving ones, bringing both clarity to chaos and humanity to business.
