Career Story
Many years ago, on a packed winter train home from a job in a large telecommunications firm, I had a realisation: there had to be more than going to a job that left people drained and disconnected from who they were. That moment sparked a deep commitment to creating workplaces where people can thrive as their whole selves—where authenticity, growth and meaning drive performance. My superpower is unlocking hidden potential in individuals, teams and cultures. With experience across hospitality, retail, telecommunications, marketing, finance, IT, government and purpose-led organisations, I bring a unique lens to shifting both people and systems. Whether I’m coaching, facilitating or leading culture change, I bring deep curiosity, strategic insight and heart. I’m here for real, lasting impact. The kind that ripples far beyond the room.
