Starting my career in PR, I spent 15 years rising through the ranks to become an agency leader and board member. Throughout this journey, I helped consumer brands earn fame, guided big corporates through complex reputational challenges, and strengthened their connections with employees.
In the wake of the pandemic, I became deeply invested in solving emerging talent-related issues, which inspired me to chart a new professional course. Today, I specialise in helping small businesses stand out with magnetic employer branding and exceptional employee experiences.
