My career goal is...
I began my working life practising law but have always had a passion for business which saw me move into Executive leadership roles including director corporate services and CEO. I have held interim roles since 2018 so experienced in going into organisations, doing a thorough analysis and reporting to the board on the state of the organisation. At this stage in my career I don’t mind continuing the interim style of working or securing a permanent full-time role. I should also add that I have held board roles for over 30 years and also do consulting work in the style of what you would call a fractional executive with my current strategic advisory role approaching three years now.
