Career Story
I'm an inspiring leader, and I empower my teams to achieve the seemingly impossible by connecting unobvious dots. This has shown up in the deep expertise part of my international career in the energy industry as being the first reservoir engineer to model a gas field, first development lead optimising production opportunities with a cross-functional team, or introducing agile into gas developments as development manager. As I broadened my career, I led teams to collaboratively solve the largest social license risk the company faced, implement new risk management systems as Chief Risk and Development Officer, transformed JV relationships and co-designed new operating models as GM South Australia, and new ways of doing innovation and entrepreneurial problem solving as GM Transformation. Outside my corporate career my entrepreneurial spirit has shown - I've (been part of the team that) started 2 companies, started a school for gifted kids, started a medical testing company.
