Career Story
What I do best is help brands understand what’s not working in their online business and what to do about it. I bring a mix of product, technology and retail experience to help teams focus, simplify and improve performance. I work closely with people inside the business to understand where the real issues are, build trust quickly, and prioritise the things that will actually make a difference. After years inside retail, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t – now I use that to help others move faster and get better results.

My career goal is...
I'm looking for fractional or contract work with traditional retailers who have strong brick-and-mortar foundations but need help growing their eCommerce and digital capabilities. My focus is on conversion rate optimisation, customer retention, and bridging the gap between in-store and online, helping retailers turn traffic into sales with clear, data-driven strategies. I work best with businesses that understand the importance of digital but lack internal expertise, providing practical and actionable solutions rather than just high-level advice. My ideal role is hands-on where I can work with the existing team to understand the opportunity, strategise and implement improvements without the need for a full-time hire.
