Career & Personal Growth
My career goal is...
Hi! I loved your post on LinkedIn regarding wonky CVs and it really inspired me to look into Maestro.
I'd love to get an opinion on where you think I could fit as a fractional executive - operations, special projects, chief of staff. I'm great with figuring out what is really needed (not just what people say) to design and introduce fit for purpose systems so that organisations can scale/be more efficient with their resources. Then testing and adapting those systems so there is actually adoption by staff. I’m pragmatic and scrappy - I get things to happen on a budget. I’m creative and like to figure out puzzles.
Alongside that, I’m a certified executive coach - specialising in leadership, intercultural effectiveness and transformational change. I work with a lot of senior and middle managers on their strategy, influence and values. I enjoy building up highly effective and agile teams.
My career has mostly been in the international aid and development sector which means I've done strategy, operations, team management, risk & security, policy & representation. However, I have also worked in the startup/private sector as a consultant and mentor.
I’m looking for roles in which I can build my operations & strategy portfolio. I’m drawn to purpose driven teams - whether that be social impact organisations/enterprises or simply leaders who desire a positive culture within their own teams.
