Career Journey
Career Story
I'm a leader who helps businesses grow through creative strategy, innovation, and brand clarity. My career began in the US at top advertising agencies Leo Burnett and DDB, where I was named DDB NY Planner of the Year. I then joined leading British innovation firm ?What If!, moving to London, Shanghai and Singapore, spending a decade running global projects for blue-chip clients and leading the Asia Pacific business. I later stepped into a Chief Strategy Officer role at China’s largest ad agency, Ogilvy Group, overseeing PR, media, advertising, and brand consulting teams. In Australia, I joined a private investment group led by a former consulting client, working to put together consumer goods conglomerates and accelerating the pace of innovation within these businesses. Today, I work as a consultant, innovation educator for Le Cordon Bleu, and food entrepreneur.

Career & Personal Growth
My career goal is...
I've had the great privilege of having a successful C-suite innovation and brand strategy career in multinational firms across five countries and four continents. Creating time and space to have two young children, I've also experienced the joy, pace and choice of self-employment as a management consultant, a teacher for Le Cordon Bleu and a budding food industry founder. I'm now building out what the next 20 years of my career looks like, and will reintroduce corporate advisory and client leadership back into that mix. I love the pace, the scale, the stakes, the stakeholder management; all the challenging stuff.
