I work with behavioural insights to shape how audiences and customers experience and interact with brands, digital products, media platforms, systems and services. I blend creativity with strategy, data and a strong sense of curiosity to create solutions that build brands and audiences. I spent 15 years in commercial marketing, communications and strategy roles for media businesses such as Nova Entertainment, SBS, Vevo, CBS Interactive, Nine. More recently I spent 3 years at Blackmores Group, where I led content strategy and thought leadership. I am known for my stakeholder management and creative problem solving skills. Because of my high adaptability and intrapreneur's mindset, I typically take on engagements where there is a set up job to be done such as: - creating new incremental revenue streams -launching new products or services -repositioning brands -solving a communications challenge -setting up new processes or departments -embedding new technology in a business
