I am a Director, Company Secretary and part time General Manager of 3DM Surface Finishing that has developed and patented a disruptive innovation to post-processing that delivers high-speed, part selectivity and zero contamination across a broad range of metals. We have a particular focus on the Additive Manufacturing industry. I am part-time Commercial Director for Sentient Bionics, an engineering design company currently focused on the development of oxygen concentrators for commercial, defense and humanitarian applications. I am an independent assessor for Queensland Government Ignite Ideas Fund innovation grants and an Entrepreneur Stream Assessor for Migration Queensland for their state-nominated 5-year provisional entrepreneur visa program. I am a part time Business Mentor on the Victoria Government Small Business program. Despite my apparent busy schedule I have capacity 2-3 days per week to take on consulting and fractional COO type roles. I am available as adviser to help set and maintain strategic direction, assist in the selection and management of relationships with digital agency and technical partners, act as a board adviser or to anchor advisory boards. I am advising a range of businesses and startups in the advanced manufacturing, travel and digital technology space. I advise on capital raising and many of the challenges that face early stage startups and small to medium enterprise clients. I have a strong background in the operations of state government and a good knowledge of process and people that could be useful in a variety of different consulting contexts.
