Career Journey
Career Story
With more than 30 years' communication experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from Blue Chip listed companies, NGOs to start-up businesses. It's hard to say where my strength lies, as I have experience across all facets of communication and numerous industries, gained over decades. I started in journalism at News Ltd (as it was known back then), and I have worked in PR agencies, internal communication consultancies and in-house in a variety of corporate communications roles across the globe. I have held senior leadership roles heading the Corporate Affairs function for The Seven Network, Aussie (Home Loans), Coca-Cola South Pacific (ANZ), Reader's Digest (APAC), and Internal Communication at John Holland. My sweet spot is B2B. In 2014 I started my own business, working across several industries with a variety of clients, specialising in corporate communications in Finance, Technology (Start-Ups and Established), Government, Construction and Property.

Career & Personal Growth
My career goal is...
I offer fractional Chief Communication Officer (FCCO) services (as well as a wide variety of communications, corporate affairs and PR services), which includes executive-level strategic guidance and leadership. The fractional model offers flexibility without sacrificing strategic impact, bringing executive-level communications leadership within reach for organisations that might not otherwise have someone in that role, are not yet at scale for a full time resource, or need a senior level comms role covered during an extended leave period.
My personal goal is...
