Career Journey
Career Story
I’m at my best when a business is at a crossroads, too complex to scale, too undefined to grow. I have a knack for turning ambiguity into action. Whether it’s a challenging transformation strategy, a post-acquisition integration, or a startup trying to find product-market fit, I build the operating rhythm that gets everyone moving in the same direction. That’s meant creating scalable frameworks like LTME at Inlight, leading a regional workforce at Tigerspike and helping founders shift from charisma-led chaos to repeatable commercial wins. I don’t bring a playbook. I build the one that fits the business, and leaves room for its personality.

Career & Personal Growth
My career goal is...
Summarised best by my favourite tv character: Leo McGarry - The West Wing. Respected professional. Unflappable. Brave in the face of adversity. Focused on the success of the business and its people. Velvet glove, iron fist. This is mostly achievable when working in lockstep with a founder. I've always pursued the experience provided by the role, rather than trinkets and monetary rewards. I've done very well in dynamic workplaces where many hats are required, and sharp decision making is important. I'd like to be valuable to an inexperienced team really quickly, to make a difference. I want to be able to test 25 years of experience in a variety of environments, stepping out of the core technology\digital delivery, strategy and customer experience skills. Curious: I believe that I could be as impactful in agri-business as in enterprise transformation.
My personal goal is...
Vision of Success
