Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across a wide spectrum of industries — from theoretical physics and biomedical research to financial services, insurance, and large-scale enterprise transformation. Whether through machine learning, statistical modelling, or Lean Six Sigma, my focus has always been on making data and systems work better for people. I’ve led initiatives that not only improve performance and efficiency, but also help organisations build the internal capability to sustain change — creating cultures where insight informs action, and complexity becomes manageable. I’ve taught, advised, built teams, and redesigned processes — always with the goal of making organisations more resilient, adaptive, and aligned.

I’m drawn to roles where I can support others to do their best work — guiding leaders, mentoring teams, and contributing to solutions that are both technically sound and genuinely meaningful.
