It's a skill that has followed me through every chapter of my career, from aerospace engineering to visual effects, to startup founder, COO, and strategic advisor. For over 30 years, I’ve worked across industries and scales, always focused on bridging strategy and execution. I’ve built and exited a tech startup, led creative teams in visual effects, transformed systems inside government and infrastructure, and supported scaling tech companies as a fractional CSO or COO. What ties it all together is a deep commitment to practical impact, human-centred leadership, and working side-by-side with good people doing hard things. Through Bold Transformations, I partner with founders and executive teams to co-create strategy, embed rhythm, and build execution capacity, without the drag of traditional consulting.
