After more than 35 years working for leading global corporations with amazing people, after a lot of planning I took a career break in April 2023 to pursue a range of family, for-purpose, care-giving, health and wellness, travel and personal development goals. I have retained my Board and Committee Chair role with the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, working with them on a pro-bono basis on a number of major initiatives, taken on a commercial advisory role with Hearing Australia, and am active in the FEI mentoring program. My goal in joining the 'Maestro' community is to allow me to, selectively, put my extensive commercial experience to use for the benefit of Maestro clients and continue to learn and update my skills, whilst maintaining the balance I have been exceptionally lucky to achieve in the last 2 years. I have the capacity when not travelling (4-5 months pa) to accommodate 1 max 2 days per week, ideally on a short term assignment basis.
