I’m focused on short to mid-term roles where I can help companies move fast — either by stepping in as an interim Head of Design to stabilise and grow a team, or by jumping into a product as a hands-on principal to get critical work out the door. I’ve spent the past decade building design functions and scaling teams, but right now I’m most energised by finite challenges where I can solve real problems, create momentum, and hand over something better than I found it.
