Career Story
I started as a Marketing Graduate Trainee at Unilever, where I learned the foundations of strategic and consumer-led marketing. Since then, I’ve led brand and growth initiatives for some of the world’s biggest names including Mars, Snickers, McDonald’s, and Burger King across FMCG, QSR, and retail. I also launched my own venture, bringing IRN-BRU to Australia, giving me a firsthand lens on entrepreneurship and commercial rigour. From there, I’ve led teams at Hungry Jack’s and Primo Foods, driving brand transformation, innovation, and growth. Today, I sit on boards and advise businesses through my consultancy, Brand Value Builders, helping founders and CEOs unlock growth through sharper brand strategy and smarter marketing.

After a career leading marketing for some of the biggest brands in the world, I’m now focused on doing work that matters helping businesses grow, building stronger brands, and working with good people on things that have real impact. I’m not chasing titles or necessarily the next big step; I’m looking for the right opportunities where I can add value, share what I’ve learned, and keep learning too. Whether it’s consulting with business owners, sitting on a board, or getting behind a cause I believe in, I want to work with teams who are ambitious, clear on their purpose, and up for doing great things together.
