My career goal is...
I'm all about a mosiac-style career and offering, and my goal this year is to take that drive, relocate to New Zealand and lead, consult and deliver on at least two major brand or culture transformation projects for companies navigating significant change. My focus is to continue working with international, trans-Tasman and local organisations committed to doing things differently. Which has always been the red thread of my career and what people seek me out for - to do things differently.
My personal goal is...
Next 12 months: 1. Reconnection - to my homeland, family, friends, earth and myself. Deeply and meaningfully. 2. Establish a way of working that is financially sustainable without stress, is mosaic in style, location agnostic, with global or APAC clients 3. Purchase a home.
