Career Story
I've been running my own business for the last seven years, working with a range of clients and industries. They tend to call me when things are getting weird; a team isn't working as well together as they could be, there's a skills gap in their organisation, when they aren't sure what's happening inside/outside their organisation, or when they're facing into an unknown future. It's work I really enjoy. I'm looking for more of that type of work (projects, offsites, workshops, keynotes, and other shorter interventions) but am also interested in working more closely with a small number of clients on a more fractional 'in residence' type arrangement, where they receive more support from me over a period of time, in a way that helps the other work I do 'stick', rather than fade once the short intervention is over. These types of roles might look like Chief of Staff, Strategic Advisor, or Futurist in Residence.
