My career goal is...
Is to work with business owners and leaders who are great at what they do but frustrated by inconsistent sales. Often, there’s no clear sales strategy, no process, and no one truly leading the sales effort. That’s where I come in.
As a Fractional Sales Director or Sales Manager, I partner with small to mid-sized businesses to bring structure, focus and momentum to their sales function, without them needing to hire a full-time executive right away. I’m not a hands-off consultant. I roll up my sleeves, join the team 1–2 days a week, and lead from within.
