I am an innovative and passionate C-suite executive, with more than 20 years of experience managing operations, finance and change with a focus on building and leading high-performance teams. Driven by results and performance, my expertise lies in developing and implementing strategic analysis, plans and solutions to effectively improve team and financial performance, enhance commercial partnerships and deliver positive change. My career started in private practice accounting and advisory, golf club management and banking before returning to the sports industry joining the Adelaide Crows, one of Australia’s leading Professional Sports Teams as an Accountant and over 15 years progressed to Chief Operating Officer, before taking my experience and starting Strategix Advisory Group, where I now provide my high performance, finance and executive leadership skills to a variety of sectors.

I have moved into consulting and want to expand my portfolio of fractional and virtual executive clients, working with scaling businesses whether in start up phase or established with a strong growth agenda.
