My colleagues know me for 3 things: 1. Leadership. I've built and led teams large and small, local and global. I'm passionate about developing others and engaging them in delivering value to customers and the business 2. GTM. I've written countless strategies and executed on driving growth across every continent. I've launched new markets and built sales teams and processes from the ground up. 3. Operations. At GE I learnt how to run a business and at Eventbrite I put that into practice to help transition the company from start up to sophisticated and from private to public. I know how to drive efficiency and effectiveness across every element of a business.
