Career & Personal Growth
My career goal is...
For someone who works in change, I've had a lot myself. I've worked across industries as a permanent employee, contractor, and started my own business. The central theme has always been change and people. I love both. My next (permanent or contract) role is going to incorporate these elements into a pure change, change communication or stakeholder engagement role or I'm open to something out of left field that brings out the best in me. It's about the right environment and construct to be set up for success. I love a challenge and being able to lead, innovate, deliver and measure success.
