Job description

  • Driven Senior Marketing Manager ready to help accelerate growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • This role is perfect for a seasoned marketer who can confidently lead strategy but isnโ€™t afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute.
  • Youโ€™ll work closely with the marketing team to plan, prioritise and deliver high-impact campaigns - all while moving quickly, iterating often and staying focused on results. SaaS experience a must.

Deliverable(s)

  • Own and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across inbound, outbound and account-based marketing (ABM) - driving awareness, engagement and conversion at every stage of the customer journey
  • Develop and optimise campaigns that support pipeline growth, customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure tight alignment between marketing programs and business goals - including messaging, targeting, lead handoff, and feedback loops
  • Use data to inform decisions - track performance across channels, run experiments and iterate to improve ROI and velocity through the funnel
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing is tightly connected to business priorities
  • Manage multiple projects with speed and flexibility, balancing strategic impact with tactical delivery


Work Cadence

Operate as a core member of the marketing team; attending team meetings as required and driving project success.

Industry Experience Required

- SaaS experience required
- Familiarity with the APAC regionโ€™s construction ecosystem and business environment is a bonus.
