Growth Lead ready to architect the next phase of user acquisition and full-funnel growth. You'll lead the charge in designing strategy, optimising execution and building repeatable, scalable systems that unlock sustainable revenue. This is both a strategic and hands-on role - ideal for someone with a growth mindset and the ability to dive deep into tools, channels, and data to uncover what drives results. Deliverable(s)
- Develop and Own the End-to-End Growth Strategy - Translate current success with Google Ads into a full-funnel acquisition and retention strategy that scales efficiently and aligns brand and performance objectives; opening up customers beyond early adopters.
- Full-Funnel Performance Marketing - Design, execute and optimise campaigns across paid search, social, affiliate, influencer, and partnership channels - with a clear focus on improving CAC.
- Ad Performance Audit & Optimisation - Conduct an audit of existing campaigns to identify immediate wins, gaps and long-term growth levers.
- Growth-Driven Content Strategy - Define the role of content at each stage of the funnel; partner with content and creative teams to ensure the right assets are created for acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Structured Experimentation Framework - Establish a test-and-learn engine to drive growth: systematically ideate, prioritise, test, measure and iterate to find scalable growth drivers.
- Data, Insights & Visibility - Create clarity on funnel performance by building dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface insights across acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
Work Cadence
Industry Experience Required
Proven track record scaling an ambitious business, growing revenue and a strong bias for action. Strong acquisition expertise across paid and organic channels, with ability to execute and manage hands-on.
Strategic thinking with data fluency โ can connect LTV, CAC, retention and payback metrics into clear growth narratives. Ability to understand brand building and infuse brand experience into key moments of a customer journey - long-term success wont come from mastering CAC alone.
