Job description

  • Working closely with our CEO and key stakeholders, you'll provide strategic oversight and commercial guidance to optimise operations, drive financial performance, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Your focus will be on delivering exceptional operational performance, tracking progress against key metrics, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Deliverable(s)

As our Fractional COO, you will be responsible for:


FY26 Budget Delivery

  • Directly oversee and drive the initiatives required to achieve our FY26 budget and strategy goals.
  • Oversee key performance indicators with key members of the team (KPIs) identified with CEO and advisors to sales and operations metrics.
  • Establish tracking mechanisms, and reporting on progress to the CEO and advisory board.

Optimising Production for Revenue Enablement:

  • Work with our Production Manager, to streamline operational workflows and ensure timely delivery of services/products that directly support sales efforts and client satisfaction, ultimately impacting revenue.
  • Implement efficient communication protocols within production to ensure sales and client needs are met without delays across the operation team.

Accelerating Sales for Budget Delivery:

  • Collaborate with our CEO and Sales Lead to develop and execute strategies for growing account opportunities and converting leads into closed deals that directly contribute to our budget targets.
  • Analyse sales pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to accelerate the sales cycle and increase conversion rates.

Financial Oversight & Risk Mitigation :

  • Provide expert oversight on the financial implications of project activities, ensuring resource allocation aligns with budget objectives.
  • Proactively identify and address potential business risks that could jeopardise the project's success and overall budget attainment, drawing on your experience in agency/service environments.

Strategic Execution Partnership with CEO:

  • Work closely with the CEO, advisors and leadership team, to translate the FY26 vision into actionable operational and sales initiatives within the scope of this project.
  • Take ownership of operational outcomes, allowing the CEO to focus on high-level strategic direction and external relationships.
