I have worked as project lead on many major projects
Have a strong strategic background
Have work with US companies and expanded an Australian company into the US

I have been putting together decks for story telling as part of consulting presales process for 20 years.
I am a very engaging speaker and I can put together a deck that will allow others to do the same
I am very familiar with AI / Chat GPT etc as I have recently developed an AI governance model to help companies not mess things up ! so I understand the content and the key insight points.

Strong in process design and improvement supported by VSM, Theory of Constraints, and yeas of Agile Delivery refinements.
Love the ambiguity part, can jazz it all the way.
I recently created an AI governance model to help with this exact issue.

I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping global and challenger brands simplify complexity (turning chaos to clarity) and engage teams - from designing brand strategy workshops for executive leadership teams, to running brand immersion workshops with broader based stakeholders across a prolific restaurant group in Australia (engaging staff from different departmenrs i.e. chefs, operations, wait staff, management, leadership, founders) to running creative immersions that bring ideas to life. I know how to hold a room, make strategy practical, and turn abstract tools into confidence-building habits.
I’ve worked across QSR and hospitality with brands like Nando’s and the Lucas Restaurant Group (Chin Chin, Batard, Kisumé, Baby Pizza, Grill Americano, Society). From brand strategy and customer experience journeys to menu NPD and distinctive dining experiences, I understand the category’s pace and pressure and can translate ChatGPT into tools teams actually use day-to-day - whilst having fun in the learning experience to help them understand and unlock its potential.
I’m a power user of ChatGPT, having built playbooks, training modules and frameworks with a lived experiencer to show people how to apply AI to everyday workflows. My facilitation style is engaging, hands-on and story-driven - blending live demos, interactivity and humour so teams walk away confident and inspired, not overwhelmed.

With over 18 years of teaching and workshop facilitation across higher education, corporate programs, and professional networks, I have the ability and expertise to design and deliver sessions that resonate with different audiences. My style blends storytelling, live demonstrations, and interaction that keep participants engaged and motivated. This ensures that the sessions are not only informative but also memorable and actionable.
I am currently developing and delivering modules on “Design Thinking with AI” and “Generative AI for Business” for global business schools. In these roles, I focus on demystifying ChatGPT, showing participants how to move beyond experimentation into practical, everyday use. I bring function-specific applications across marketing, HR, operations, and strategy; making AI adoption relevant, useful, and confidence-building for diverse teams.
Having taught and consulted across Australia, India, and Europe, I am adept at engaging global audiences with clarity and cultural sensitivity. I understand the challenges of working across time zones and have built a reputation for being reliable, adaptable, and easy to collaborate with. This global perspective allows me to tailor examples and delivery for different geographies while maintaining consistency, energy, and impact in every session.

I have hands on experience leading teams at Zendesk to build, test and launch products that use GenAI and ML. This means I understand the unique considerations when working with non-deterministic product behaviours, such as cost, data security/privacy, customer control and broader risk management.
I have hands on experience leading teams at The Conversation and Zendesk developing and launching B2B and B2B2C products to be rolled out globally across multiple languages and regulatory contexts. I understand considerations and complexity involved in things like GDPR, language and localisation, geographic compliance constraints for data processing.
Both through management consulting and product leadership roles, I have extensive experience leading work in fast paced environments with global stakeholders. I can get up to speed quickly, navigate ambiguity to get the work moving, and am very familiar with collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural colleagues.

I have successfully designed and implemented AI-enabled workflows across multiple industries, from quick proofs-of-concept through to scalable adoption. As Co-Founder of Artificial Workflow, I created and embedded AI systems by prioritising use cases, configuring and testing AI agents, and training teams to embed them responsibly. This practical experience ensures I can quickly uncover opportunities, demonstrate measurable wins, and scale solutions across teams- exactly the mandate of this role.
With 25+ years in management consulting and executive roles at EY, Cap Gemini, and Philip Morris, I bring the consulting discipline expected of McKinsey/BCG calibre operators. I have led cross-market transformations in Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, balancing strategy and execution to deliver outcomes. My ability to zoom out for direction-setting while diving into operational detail makes me adept at working in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving, global teams.
Embedding AI workflows requires more than technology - it needs governance, adoption, and metrics. I have developed AI governance frameworks, led executive workshops, and delivered training programs to upskill teams and track outcomes. By combining strategy with change management, I ensure adoption is sustainable and scalable. My approach aligns perfectly with the role’s focus on driving leverage, embedding within teams, and ensuring AI-assisted workforce models deliver long-term value.

I've taken multiple products from concept to shipped at scale - from Australia's first mobile apps to $2.5B payment platforms at Amazon. I know how to translate strategy into delivery and make deadlines stick.
My background spans engineering, design, and stakeholder management across global teams. I'm comfortable being the glue that keeps everyone focused and moving in the same direction, especially when things get complex.
I've worked closely with founding teams and executives to turn vision into reality. I understand how to give leadership the visibility they need while removing blockers so the core team can focus on what they do best.
The global timezone coordination and scrappy, fast-moving environment sounds very familiar - it's exactly the type of challenge I thrive in.

Extensive experience designing and facilitating workshops of all kinds, from strategy and design thinking to product delivery and training. I've hosted thousands of workshops over my career, developing a keen understanding of different audiences and how adapt on the fly.
Experienced AI practitioner who's applied the tech in meaningful ways. As a 'solopreneur' running a company of one, I have a thousand different jobs to do, and need every bit of help I can get. I've transformed my practice using AI for many different use cases—from marketing and business development, to analysis and deliverables, through to bookings and conversation management, and everything in between.
I like to earn trust quickly at all levels, and know how to disarm difficult stakeholders whether I'm working with skeptical executives or front-line teams. Recent feedback from clients and colleagues highlight "master class facilitator" who can "take a sceptical and unwilling executive and successfully bring them around."

Consulting-Grade Rigor and Data-Driven Strategy
I have repeatedly demonstrated the ability to tackle ambiguity and deliver high impact, analytically grounded solutions, just like a top-tier consultancy.
My customer orientation means that I work from use case back to technology, so that the solutions I deliver are the ones that make a difference to the customer and the business - not just a showcase for the latest technology.
My track record of clear communication means that everyone in the organisation understands where this work fits, what it delivers and how we're tracking as a team as we deliver on the program.
Rapid Test and Scaling of Digital Transformations
I know how to move fast and deliver tangible results which is a core requirement for embedding agentic AI workflows. As CCO at BOQ Group, I doubled deposit acquisition (from $2 billion to $4.5 billion) while halving acquisition costs, and improved mobile-app ratings from 2.4 to 4.6 stars in months. These results were driven by quickly identifying opportunity, testing solutions and scaling rapidly.
This track record proves I can not only pilot AI-driven processes quickly but also scale them across complex organizations.
Global team leadership experience
I'm very familiar with the opportunities and challenges of leading teams across the globe. Developing the Ford Ranger taught me how to turn geographic challenges into strengths, getting teams to work productively across multiple, very different time zones, aligning cross-border stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery no matter where teams are located.
This track record proves that I can bring the best out of teams, regardless of their physical location.
Consulting-Grade Rigor & Strategic Acumen to Identify and Architect Agentic AI Workflows: My two decades of experience include significant tenures with Tier 1 global consulting firms (Accenture, PwC, EY, Fourier), instilling the "consulting-grade rigor" required to excel in this role. I don't just identify opportunities; I bring a strategic lens to uncover parts of the business ripe for agentic AI workflows and design them from first principles. My background in Strategy, Innovation & Performance Improvement (e.g., Ergon Energy, Stanwell Corporation) and IT & Digital Strategy (e.g., Qld Urban Utilities, SEQ Water) ensures I can "zoom out to set direction" and architect AI solutions that genuinely "transform how work gets done," delivering scalable, impactful business models.
Proven AI & Digital Transformation Execution to Prove, Scale, and Embed: I am a senior-level operator with a demonstrated track record of taking complex technology initiatives from "zero to shipped" and scaling them across large organizations. At Airservices Australia, I led the deployment of Digital Twin implementations for asset and network management and pioneered AI-based predictive maintenance platforms. This experience confirms my ability to "build and test agentic AI systems," "prove out use cases quickly, delivering real-world wins," and then "scale successful workflows into repeatable, org-wide solutions." My reputation as a "Fixer" means I identify risks early, solve problems fast, and keep momentum high, consistently ensuring vision becomes reality.
Global, Autonomous Leadership & Change Agent with Enterprise-Grade Discipline: This role demands someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and operates seamlessly across time zones. As an Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force Reserves, I bring unparalleled discipline and the capacity to "confidently drive projects forward" from Australia, ensuring geography is "never a barrier" for the US-based team. My executive background in complex, regulated environments has honed my ability to act as a change agent, driving adoption of AI-assisted workforce models and "embedding within teams" to ensure processes are understood and metrics tracked. I am proactive, resourceful, and outcome-driven – a true "force multiplier" who gets things done without needing hand-holding.

I thrive in ambiguity and turn strategy into execution.
For more than 30 years I have stepped into complex environments and delivered clarity, focus and momentum. I have built and exited a digital marketplace, scaled a battery-tech company post-Series A as CSO and Chief of Staff, and led transformation inside global enterprises. In each case the challenge was the same: uncertainty at the top, urgency on the ground, and a need to move from ambition to execution. I know how to identify leverage points, reset direction, and embed systems and rhythms that last.
I make technology work inside organisations.
For over a decade I worked at the leading edge of computer graphics and visual effects, including as a technical director using AI-driven tools such as Massive at Weta Digital. My work involved designing, integrating and implementing production pipelines that blended advanced technology with creative and operational demands. Since then I have applied the same discipline in infrastructure, government and climate-tech, helping teams adopt emerging technologies and turn them into lasting results. My strength is not only understanding new tools, but embedding them into workflows, aligning teams around them, and ensuring they create measurable impact.
I build trust and momentum with leadership teams.
Technology and process only create impact if people are aligned and confident. Across startups, scale-ups and global enterprises I have earned the trust of founders, boards and executives by working side by side with them, asking the questions no one else asks, and helping them see a clear way forward. My style combines strategic perspective with human presence, so teams not only deliver results but grow stronger in the process.
I have extensive experience in data analysis and reporting, having created 10+ real-time dashboards built on cross-functional data models used across global teams. These models were optimized to handle large-scale, real-time data with efficient retrieval strategies. Most recently, I developed a dashboard that supports daily organizational resource management by delivering actionable insights for strategy and decision-making
I bring hands-on expertise in leading visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and strong technical skills in SQL, Snowflake, and Python. I have applied these to data transformation and reporting projects that required deep-dive analysis, root cause identification, and standardization of metrics. My experience includes automating data validation checks for 1M+ monthly records on a cloud platform, resulting in a 150% improvement in accuracy
I have led client-facing consulting projects where I translated complex analytical findings into clear visuals and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. My global experience across the US, India, and Asia-Pacific has prepared me to collaborate effectively with international teams and drive Europe-focused initiatives with precision and impact

This is my area of expertise and already implementing similar strategies across legal tech and other industries.
Wide knowledges on both the technology and business aspects along with experience.
While I cannot do 5 days a week, if there is an opportunity to consult in one day a week, will be happy to.

I am a consistent daily user of ChatGPT and various other AI Tools, I have built a variety of Custom GPT's targeted to provide specific solutions and needs that I come across daily. I have developed a prompting framework that is simple and effective.
I am used to delivering interactive sessions globally, consistently
I have led multi-region enablement, and I know how to keep energy and clarity high across 10 or more runs.
“If it only works when I am in the room, it does not work.”
- Interactive by default: Short explainers, live demos and guided practice, so everyone leaves with three usable prompts tailored to their role.
- Adaptable to the room: Compliance-led HR conversations need a different tone to fast-paced restaurant operations, and I adjust accordingly.
- Time-zone discipline: I work from Australia, and I plan for West Coast and East Coast schedules without letting quality slip.
- Practical style: I say this as someone who has made missteps early on, I keep explanations plain, show each step on screen and never assume prior knowledge.
Here is an example of the way I tackle AI in Sales - (2) Getting Started with AI for Sales (Without the Hype) | LinkedIn
I make AI useful for HR, Operations, Admin and Teams, straight away
“People adopt what helps them today, not tomorrow.”
My approach is simple, show people how AI saves them time on the work they already do, then let them practise it.
- Role-specific examples: HR creates job ads, interview guides and policy FAQs in minutes; Operations drafts shift briefs, opening and closing checklists and incident reports; Admin turns rough notes into clear memos and stakeholder updates.
- Confidence first: I frame AI as a co-pilot, which lowers resistance and encourages questions.
- Light guardrails: A four-step method, namely Context, Constraints, Checks and Cadence, keeps outputs relevant and accurate.
- Visible results: We track time saved, rework reduced and the reuse of a shared prompt library, which proves value without jargon.
I leave a framework that teams can run without me
The goal is capability, not a one-off show.
- Reusable assets: A polished slide deck, a facilitation guide with timings and speaking notes, and a role-based Prompt Playbook for various roles
- Workshop kit: Exercise sheets, demo scripts and before-and-after examples based on real QSR workflows, which makes localisation quick.
- Improve every time: A short pulse survey, a use-case backlog and a simple metric pack, so content improves with each delivery.
- Handover plan: A champion model with office hours, which enables internal facilitators to run future sessions confidently.
Summary
I focus on practical wins, consistent delivery and a handover that lasts. Anyone who knows me will know that I start with the simple, useful things first, prove the impact and then systemise it. That is how we will build confidence and adoption across your teams.

Proven Facilitator with 15+ Years of Experience
I bring over a decade of experience designing and facilitating leadership development, organisational transformation, and cultural change programs across SMEs and global organisations. With more than 4,500 hours of executive coaching and facilitation under my belt, I know how to engage diverse groups, simplify complex topics, and leave participants with practical, actionable tools. My style is interactive, story-driven, and tailored to the audience — ensuring sessions are not only educational but also energising and memorable.
Skilled at Translating Emerging Tech into Practical Adoption
In my transformation work, I specialise in helping leaders and teams bridge the gap between strategy and execution which often means guiding them through new tools, systems, and ways of working. I’ve led cross-country digital transformations, translated abstract concepts into everyday practices, and supported executives through mindset shifts. I work with ChatGPT on a daily basis, and I excel at making cutting-edge technology feel accessible, relevant, and exciting for non-technical professionals across functions like marketing, HR, and operations.
Global Perspective and Flexible Delivery
Having worked across education, tech, and professional services in multiple countries, I bring a global perspective and sensitivity to cultural nuance that aligns well with running interactive sessions for international teams. I’m comfortable facilitating across time zones, adapting delivery styles, and creating engagement whether virtual or in-person. My ability to connect quickly with participants, balance strategic insight with practical application, and design reusable learning materials ensures this project achieves both immediate impact and long-term value.

Proven End-to-End Delivery Across Complex, Multi-Stakeholder Projects
I have successfully managed global operations and product launches at NON and Milwaukee Power Tools, coordinating dozens of stakeholders and ensuring projects were delivered on time and fully compliant. I know how to translate strategy into actionable plans, drive execution, and keep every train on the tracks.
Researching the Unknown and Creating Clarity
During my MBA, I led consulting projects that required researching unfamiliar markets, developing entry strategies, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. I extended this further at NON, where I executed international market entries into Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the UK, and Canada—transforming research and strategy into practical operational execution.
Startup Hustle with Enterprise Discipline
I helped scale NON from $1.5M to $5M in revenue while managing global supply chains, product launches, and cash flow with limited resources. I bring both scrappy, hands-on problem-solving and enterprise-grade discipline, making me the kind of “force multiplier” that can bridge ambition with delivery.

I have extensive Global experience designing and facilitating learning experiences that are relevant, practical, creative, interesting, and engaging. This includes delivering technical and new systems training to different audiences and making it useful and relevant to them. I have also developed multiple programs that were taken and delivered by other presenters (including running train the trainers and presentation skills training).
I have also designed and delivered a lot of virtual learning, which requires very different design and delivery considerations compared to in-person (you can't just take an in-person session and deliver it virtually). There are pros and cons of both mediums of course, but I like that virtual delivery opens up a whole group of tools that can be used to bring content and ideas to life.
My presentation style is energetic and adaptive to different groups. I love the challenge of helping groups understand new content, finding different ways of positioning or explaining ideas so everyone 'gets it'.
Here's some recent client feedback on workshops I have run:
“The feedback from attendees has been overwhelmingly positive. Two heads of departments have told me that their team members said it was the best training they have had since joining us.”
Head of People Operations, FinTech
"Her facilitation style was dynamic and intuitive, she was highly skilled at reading the room, knowing exactly when to shift gears, explore new ideas, or dive deeper into critical areas. She helped us reframe challenges and identify opportunities we hadn’t considered."
CEO, Not for Profit
For most of my career I've worked with distributed teams and Global teams. I'm used to the asynchronous style of work and the high level of communication flexibility that comes with this dynamic. I embed myself quickly into teams and work closely with them to co-design the best way for us to all work together to get done what we need to. This includes setting up rituals and cadences that work for everyone as much as possible... even when inevitably that requires a few strange timed workshops or meetings.

With over 10 years of consulting experience at Jacobs, KBR, and Clear Ridge Consulting, I have led complex projects where I assessed reporting frameworks, regulatory submissions, and capital planning maturity. While my focus has been on the water, energy, and infrastructure sectors, the same consulting-grade methods I use such as benchmarking against established standards, diagnosing gaps, and building phased roadmaps are directly transferable to assessing Europe’s reporting landscape. I bring the structured thinking and analytical rigor required to turn ambiguity into actionable strategy.
I have a strong record of translating analysis into frameworks that deliver real outcomes. For example, I have developed business cases that underpin billion-dollar infrastructure decisions and regulatory submissions that shape long-term pricing strategies. In each case I ensured recommendations were not only evidence-based but also practical, adopted, and repeatable. This experience equips me to help design scalable frameworks and reporting processes that can be rolled out across Europe and beyond.
My career has involved collaborating with diverse stakeholders from government leaders and regulators to engineers and technical specialists, often in high-pressure, cross-disciplinary environments. I thrive on building alignment where priorities differ and on adapting frameworks to different regional and organisational contexts. While I have not worked directly within Europe’s reporting systems, my track record demonstrates I can quickly learn a new landscape, apply structured methods, and embed lasting change. This adaptability ensures I can integrate seamlessly with your global team and deliver results from the outset.

1. Proven Maestro of AI Strategy and Operationalisation
I have led data and AI strategy and governance initiatives for major financial institutions across the Asia-Pacific region, from both an adoption, value creation and technology perspective. I’ve worked directly with CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CTOs to identify value, consider the human element, and the implementation considerations to support the rapid operationalisation of AI offerings that deliver measurable impact. I have worked internationally, working extensively with US, India and China teams to deliver programs. This experience has equipped me to identify opportunities for agentic AI workflows, embed them within teams, and scale them across organisations—exactly what this role demands.
2. Major Consulting Leadership and Global Transformation Experience
My career spans leadership roles at IBM, EY, and Sia Partners, where I’ve led complex, multi-year transformations valued up to $100M. I’ve delivered strategic programmes that progressively deliver value. This has includes marketing optimisation, process optimisation, data simplification, cloud migration, and regulatory compliance. I’m comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting direction, and diving deep to solve tough problems—skills that are essential for driving agentic AI adoption in a fast-moving, global team. I worked in a QSR early in my career, and understand the effort and impact of marketing, supply chain (including ordering and last minute stock outs), recruiting and staff rostering, sales analysis and ordering upsells.
3. Architect of Scalable, AI-Enabled Platforms
I founded and led the development of a cloud-native Consumer Data Right managed service, used by multiple large banks. This platform was built to meet stringent regulatory, data protection and cybersecurity standards while delivering scalable, consent-driven data sharing. I’ve also led the creation of enterprise capabilities and sustainable processes globally. These experiences demonstrate my ability to build repeatable, AI-enabled systems that integrate seamlessly with human teams and deliver long-term value

I have been a CIO and CISO for many years and now consult in fractitional roles. I have many years of technology leadership experience, which makes me a very good fit for the role. A lot of my role as a CIO was understanding:
- how the business currently operates
- how it needs to operate
- assess where are the gaps in people / process / technology
- improve/transform processes and ways of operating where there are significant deficiencies and where upside opportunities present themselves. The objective is for technology to be proactive, always aligned with the business goals / priorities and operating within commercial constraints.
One of my recent roles was doing exactly this, for 3 months working alongside Fourier Consulting (Saurav and his team), who I partner with.
As a senior technology leader with years of operational experience (CIO / CTO / CRO), I find this provides significant and immediate practical value to clients compared with "career consultants" (no disrespect intended).
At my level I am very comfortable bridging strategy, operations and emerging technology, and have a good working knowledge of AI and it’s applicability. I am also very comfortable managing deliverables, driving to outcomes, managing stakeholders and vendors, and meeting target timeframes.
My cyber expertise is an added bonus - there is a lot of hype around AI, and the governance aspect is very important, particularly when you're dealing with sensitive data and meeting regulatory requirements/expectations.
As mentioned above, in addition to running my own consulting practice, I've recently started partnering closely with Fourier Advisory (https://fourieradvisory.com.au/) as a Managing Director in Fourier’s Sydney Office, leading the Cyber, Data & Security Practice.
Fourier has significant experience and a strong track record delivering end-to-end transformation solutions across many industries. Fourier has specific expertise in digital and AI transformation, cyber, process re-engineering and portfolio delivery.
Fourier staff are applying for both the senior PM and AI Strategist roles, given their broad experience delivering transformation initiatives. There is significant upside in appointing a team to these roles, who already know each other and are already working together successfully delivering business transformation and AI projects. A team approach also provides opportunity to adjust working hours for each team participant to leverage their individual experiences and seniority. As opposed to appointing individual contributors.
Proven "Zero to Shipped" Execution in Complex, High-Stakes Environments: My 20+ years of executive leadership consistently demonstrates the ability to take strategic visions from conception to successful delivery, especially in environments demanding both "startup-level hustle and enterprise-grade discipline. At Airservices Australia, I didn't just manage projects; I led an enterprise-wide transformation that delivered over $120M in savings in 18 months and spearheaded the $3.2B national critical infrastructure investment program, which included groundbreaking Digital Twin implementations. This experience confirms my capacity to "own end-to-end delivery of multiple product initiatives, keep every train on the tracks, and ensure non-negotiable deadlines are met with precision in safety-critical, highly regulated settings.
Strategic Force Multiplier with Deep Tech & AI Acumen: This role calls for a force multiplier who can translate strategy into actionable plans and drive alignment. My background leading Corporate Strategy engagements (e.g., Ergon Energy, Stanwell Corporation) and IT & Digital Strategy projects (Qld Urban Utilities, SEQ Water), combined with direct experience in AI-based predictive maintenance platforms and AI/Tech Strategy leadership, positions me perfectly to be that "Maestro." I thrive in ambiguity, can zoom out to set direction and dive deep into the weeds to solve tough problems, effectively aligning cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, stakeholders) and ensuring the vision truly becomes a reality, with leadership having zero surprises.
Global, Remote-First Operating Cadence with Unwavering Accountability: Having operated in senior leadership roles within global organizations and frequently presented at national and international industry conferences on complex transformations, I possess the inherent discipline and self-management to deliver seamlessly, without geographical location becoming a constraint. My experience advising Defence and Government on complex procurement and capability uplift, coupled with my disciplined approach as an Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force Reserves, instills the "unwavering accountability" and "enterprise-grade discipline" required. I am adept at setting clear boundaries while ensuring availability for crucial global meetings, confidently driving projects forward from Australia and ensuring progress without needing hand-holding.

Proven End to End Project and Product Delivery
At Milwaukee Power Tools, I managed the new product release program releasing 400+ product releases annually while coordinating 60+ stakeholders to ensure on-time, compliant launches. At NON, I led 3 new to world product launches from technical oversight to market entry while growing revenue 130% annually.
Start up experience
At NON, I scaled the business from $1.5M to $5M revenue by building critical systems like S&OP and cash flow management from scratch. I thrive in ambiguity, driving new market entries and product growth with both scrappy execution and disciplined governance. Overcoming regulatory constraints to deliver results.
Cross-Functional Leadership Across Borders
I've managed to develop a skill set that can work both cross functionally within an organisation irrespective of geographic location. Growing sales across 13 different regions at NON, while building systems to support this rapid evolving growth. I also have an MBA and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, that have provided me with a sound analytical base that balances strategic vision with hands-on problem solving. Often making me the team glue that keeps projects moving.

Proven Track Record of Taking Strategy to Execution
I’ve spent 20+ years helping boards, founders, and leadership teams translate big visions into shipped outcomes. At Deloitte and EY-Parthenon, I stood up PMOs, built execution frameworks, and drove delivery across multi-year strategies. More recently, I’ve led growth strategies and product builds for startups and scale-ups — ensuring deadlines are met and teams stay aligned, accountable, and focused.
Startup Hustle with Enterprise Discipline — Backed by ICT Fluency
I’ve co-founded firms, built platforms, and advised startups, so I know how to operate in ambiguity and move fast. At the same time, my top-tier consulting background ensures rigour and structure. With a degree in Information & Communication Technology Management, I bridge business strategy and technical teams, making me effective in tech-heavy product builds.
Global Operator Who Keeps Teams Aligned and Accountable
I’ve led projects across Europe, Asia, Australia. Whether scaling infrastructure services from $250M to $750M, standing up Deloitte’s 5-year corporate strategy PMO, or launching new digital tools, I excel at being the glue — keeping engineers, designers, and executives aligned, focused, and on track.

I have spent the last decade supporting clients across the world in developing their strategy and then ensuring their organisation is set up for success. This often manifests as a whole of business transformation. I have held leadership positions and McKinsey and BCG and have led teams in large scale digital tansformations to achieve their business outcomes and grow
Priot to consulting, I have had an industry career in Tech, where I led large scale programs gloablly.
I've spent time as a product manager as well, workign with internal and external clients to defing, design and implement new tech solutions
I've also spent time at Google where I led Business Development and Sales, working with C-Suite execs on their online and ecommerce strategy
In my current capacitey, I lead a boutiqe consluting firm and I've worked with clients on transformation their organisations thinking into and AI-first
We then identified what are the areas in which AI has most impact and mapped out how the organisation will change as a result of that (op model, people, skills, capabilities and systems)

1. End-to-End Product Delivery with AI/SaaS Project Management Mastery
In my current role in Program Management & Operations at KnowMio, I'm managing multiple concurrent product initiatives for an AI Intelligence platform, owning delivery timelines from conception through market launch. I've successfully translated strategic vision into actionable project plans with clear milestones across SaaS/PaaS product development, coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. My project portfolio includes managing AWS partnership integrations, global market expansion rollouts, and enterprise AI implementation projects - all delivered on schedule while maintaining quality standards. My hands-on experience managing complex technical product builds with consumption-based models demonstrates my ability to keep multiple trains on the tracks simultaneously.
2. Risk Mitigation & Stakeholder Alignment Across Complex Deliverables
My project management approach consistently identifies risks early and solves problems fast to maintain momentum. At Eratos, I managed transformational project deliverables that grew the customer base to 38+ countries while coordinating stakeholder groups of 30+ participants across government, research, and industry sectors. I successfully delivered mission-critical projects including parametric insurance products for Fortune 100 clients and scope 1-3 emissions reporting systems - all requiring precise timeline management, cross-functional coordination, and zero tolerance for delays. My proven ability to translate strategy into clear deliverables while keeping diverse teams focused and accountable ensures deadlines become non-negotiable commitments.
3. Global Project Orchestration with Startup Velocity & Enterprise Discipline
My international project leadership demonstrates seamless delivery across geographical constraints and time zones. I've successfully managed concurrent project streams across UK, North America, and APAC markets while maintaining aggressive delivery schedules. At MorningGroup, I oversaw multi-jurisdictional project delivery across three continents while conducting C-suite leadership and achieving strategic exit on schedule. My ability to drive communications, provide clear reporting to leadership, and act as a force multiplier for high-performance teams - while working across multiple time zones - proves I can confidently drive projects forward without geographical location becoming a constraint.

Program delivery and practice leadership - I built and led Thoughtworks' Australia Data and AI practice from the ground up, and we tripled the business over two years by focusing on both strong delivery and smart growth. Leading that practice meant orchestrating multiple AI initiatives simultaneously, developing our delivery methodologies, and building teams that could handle complex technical challenges across different industries. That experience of scaling a practice from zero while maintaining high client satisfaction taught me how to manage the complexity and moving pieces that come with large-scale AI programs - and gave me a real appreciation for how important it is to balance ambitious growth with solid execution.
Navigating the tricky stuff that keeps leaders up at night - AI projects can be scary for big brands because there's so much that can go wrong - privacy issues, biased algorithms, regulatory headaches in different countries. I've developed a good instinct for spotting potential problems before they blow up, and I know how to have those uncomfortable conversations with stakeholders about risks while still keeping everyone focused on moving forward. I'm not afraid to be the person who asks the hard questions.
Bringing out the best in diverse teams - I have a knack for figuring out what makes each person tick and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas and concerns. Whether it's helping data scientists work through tricky technical problems, supporting engineers during those inevitable late-night debugging sessions, or getting business folks excited about new AI possibilities, I focus on building trust and keeping communication flowing. I've found that when people feel heard and valued, they're much more likely to speak up about potential issues or brilliant solutions - which is exactly what you need when you're dealing with something as nuanced as AI development.

I turn vision into shipped outcomes—fast—and at scale.
- Took multiple Accenture tech consulting practices (Technology Strategy & Advisory, Cloud Consulting, Data-led Transformation, Metaverse) from zero to ~$1B annual revenue with ~30% YoY growth, building the operating model, GTM readiness, and delivery rhythms end-to-end.
- In delivery trenches, cut a major telco’s product launch cycle from 14 → 4 weeks (-75%) and reduced costs by ~40%, by re-engineering release pipelines and automating product-catalogue configuration.
- Managed $40M+ annual program budgets and shipped complex CRM/Billing/Product transformations with teams of 600+, proving deadlines and budgets are non-negotiable in my execution model.
I’m the cross-functional “force multiplier” who keeps every train on the tracks.
- Orchestrated 1,000+ consultants across 6 market units to launch and scale new offerings; aligned leaders on KPIs (pipeline health, ADR, mix, profitability) and synchronized account planning so squads stayed focused and accountable.
- Built executive BI/analytics dashboards and integrated governance across Salesforce + SAP, giving leadership zero-surprises visibility on milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ran multi-organisation programs (Airtel, Vodafone) and resolved blockers at speed—e.g., automated Vodafone’s channel commissions for 2,000+ sellers / 5,000 distributors, cutting manual effort by ~60% and accelerating payout cycles.
I thrive in ambiguity with startup hustle + enterprise-grade discipline—across time zones.
- Stood up new capabilities without a playbook: designed operating models, mobilised talent, secured $5M in acceleration funding, and delivered the first wins quickly to build momentum.
- Led cross-region programs across APAC, Oceania, Japan, MEA, LATAM—setting crisp cadences (async reporting + focused rituals) so geography never became a constraint.
- Balanced zoom-out strategy (practice design, portfolio KPIs) with zoom-in execution (scope control across 37,000+ day release scopes, risk mitigation, dependency management)—the “hands-on strategist” this founding team wants.

I’m someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I know how to take a messy project with moving parts and turn it into something structured, executable, and moving at pace. I’m not waiting around for perfect instructions, I get stuck in, figure it out, and push things forward. If there’s a blocker, I remove it. If there’s ambiguity, I bring clarity. That’s what I do.
I’ve spent years stepping into high-growth, high-stakes situations where time and focus are critical. From startups scaling fast to operational turnarounds, I know how to keep everyone aligned, energised, and accountable. I bring urgency, commercial thinking, and calm under pressure and I do it without drama and a sense of fun.
I’ve led delivery on large-scale projects and built operational systems from scratch across multiple industries. Whether it’s launching a new product, reworking a go-to-market plan, or getting a cross-functional team on the same page, I know how to lead from the front. I don't just manage timelines, I make sure what's being delivered actually lands and sticks.
What sets me apart is that I blend strategy with execution. I know how to zoom out and shape the roadmap, then dive into the weeds and make sure every piece is moving. I’m comfortable managing engineers, creatives, stakeholders—you name it. I know what needs to happen, by when, and I make sure it does.
I’ve worked with distributed teams across time zones before, including the US. I know what it takes to make remote work seamless—clear comms, decisive leadership, and staying ahead of the curve. I’ll show up when needed, manage expectations, and create the structure the team needs to stay on track without constant chasing.
But I also know the importance of sustainability—setting boundaries that support long-term delivery without burnout. I’m used to working independently and building trust quickly, and I bring maturity, pace, and structure to teams that need to move fast without falling apart.
