Mentoring Style & Approach
I prefer an advisor style of mentoring, sharing my experiences and wisdom for strategic advice, as well as challenging the mentee to grow. I have experience across many mentoring programs, including one that I developed myself, Girl Guides, Rare Birds, Juno Leadership and engage with curiosity, creativity and empathy to build trust and safety.
