Trained as an aerospace engineer with childhood dreams of becoming an astronaut – ended up making a space shuttle land for a movie instead. Started running at 52 and now embrace sport, movement, and meditation as anchors for health and focus. Passionate about ocean swimming, running, mountain biking and personal development.   • Led digital transformation at Lendlease and Laing O’Rourke, embedding emerging technologies and reshaping how large enterprises deliver major projects.

I blend structured strategy with human presence so mentees leave each session with clarity, confidence and momentum.

Availability & Format

Available for mentoring monthly or fortnightly | 45–60 minutes per session | Virtual sessions preferred, with in-person possible in Sydney | Offer an initial meet-and-greet to confirm fit | Ongoing mentoring available at reduced rates from normal coaching, or free where reverse mentoring creates a fair value exchange | Open to both structured mentoring and targeted advisory sessions, as well as reverse mentoring on any topic of mutual interest.
