Asset Leasing and Licensing Framework

A State Government instrument that is accountable for the acquisition and interim management of physical assets that have a future change of use requirement for Government infrastructure programs.

This functional area manages physical assets on behalf of other government departments. Its primary role is acquisition and interim management, then transfer to the respective agency for its intended use. There was no end-to-end framework available to effectively manage the asset lifecycle
